I was very surprised for good, the quality is good, do not slip and this thick, literal I just opened it from the package and do not stay threaded from the edges, the design is perfect to perfect your practice being very aligned as it has perfectly marked lines, love the color and design, It also comes with its strap, the part that supports the mat is elastic and the one that goes to the shoulder is not.
